Roger Synenberg Has More Than 30 years of Experience
Founding attorney Roger Synenberg opened his own law firm in 1989. He previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, where he helped build federal prosecutions in drug cases, fraud cases and other federal offenses. This experience continues to benefit the firm's clients. Mr. Synenberg's detailed understanding of the anatomy of a federal criminal case helps him spot the weaknesses and oversights in the government's case against our clients today.
Associate attorneys Clare Christie and Dominic Coletta add essential depth to our firm's practice. Our track record of success gives us the ability to limit the number of cases we handle, and our team can therefore commit the time your case needs to develop intelligent defenses. In fact, we're often in a position to work your case harder than the prosecutors. This applies just as much in DUI defense as it does in federal drug conspiracy cases.
We develop and present a full, three-dimensional picture of our client to judge and jury. Our presentations put the stark facts of the criminal allegations into a realistic context that promotes empathy for our client while preserving reasonable doubts as to guilt.
Roger Synenberg has tried more than 125 cases and argued many cases before U.S. Courts of Appeals. The result is a longstanding reputation of excellence based on a long list of outstanding results for our clients.
